Creative Cloud update just sits and spins a circle on my screen.  If, after hours, I get it to start the update it will get to some percantage stop and say it can't continue.  It has been doing this for months. If I actually do get it to start an update it quits and says some error code...41 etc various.  All the solutions are turn off all your protections and go onto the internet and download (won't work either done that been there).  Why in heck would I want to turn off my firewalls, and protections jump onto the internet to download a piece of software I PAID FOR that is already telling me it has a server issue!!!!!  This is stupid.  It is continually marked as the correct answer....IT IS NOT AND ANSWER>>>>>>>>
