Creative Cloud update to Lightroom V 6.0 fails

I updated my iMac to Ventura, 13.0.1. And now my Creative Cloud tells me I need to update my Lightroom to V 6.0. But everytime I tried, it fails at around 6% with a message saying: The download appears corrupted. Please try to download again. (Error Code 116) I have tried it over several days hoping the corruption is an error on the server side but I'm still getting this error. Please help.

your os is not compatible with lr 6.

you need to upgrade (not just update) lightroom to the current (subscription only) version.  or purchase the current photoshop elements

I am subscribed to Creative Cloud. And this is Lightroom CC and Lightroom Classic that will not update or run now.

did you install lightroom and lightroom classic using the cc desktop app?

if yes,

what versions are installed?

does the cc desktop app offer updates for each?

what happens when you click update?
