Creative Cloud updater stuck on 20.2%

As per many other users, I have my CC Installer stuck at 20.2%.
I have tried everything.

I'm on a Mac with OS10.14.
CC wanted to Auto -Update (there was no way to tell it not to) and now it is stuck.

Two days — and numerous effects and attempts.

WHY ?

I've used my VPN software — which in the past has "fixed" the problem.

But not this time.

So now I can't use my CC libraries (with an urgent job) and I'm VERY angry.

Steve_K_Walker, good evening.
There are many voices that the update stops at around 20% recently.
Since it may be a hurry, you should create a quick administrator account and update there.
(You can delete the created account once it has been successfully completed)

I'm on a Windows 10 and my update gets stuck at 20.2% too. I can't access my libraries because my Creative Cloud App is not up to date, but if I try to update it, it gets stuck... I have tried installing the same file from another admin user with the same result... 20.2% I updated my OS to the latest version... still, no result.
