Creative Cloud updates stuck (error 1004)

Just trying to open Creative Cloud to get ANY updates. Keep getting to 2% and says I must login as Administrator. ALREADY am (under group policies) Tried restarting - nope. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling - nope. Tried everything I can think of. NOTHING works. Cannot update each program from individual programs either. It's NOT a problem in the windows services (everything that s/b on IS on and correct). 

 

Have 2021 everything. Paying out the nose for all this stuff I can't use. VERY frustrating.

 

ANY IDEAS/FIXES? One thing - it worked PERFECTLY before the latest update (as of today's date 10/27/21)
