I've installed Creative Cloud on my new laptop but I cannot get it to finish loading no matter what I try. It sits on the "Loading Creative Cloud..." screen with the spinning icon and eventually times out and asks me to repair the installation.
I've tried:
Reinstalling creative cloud with a full wipe of all Adobe data using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool.
Wiping my ODBC folder.
Applying all Windows, C++ and .Net framework updates.
Restarting (many times).
Disabling firewall and anti-virus.
Nothing is working. I've seen several topics about this, though none in the past 6 months, many of which never seem to have been resolved. This is kind of ridiculous for the amount of money I'm paying for this software. I'd like some offical support on this if possible.

Fun fact -- still an issue!
I still use this workaround. I disabled Creative Cloud from loading on start-up, and only do the uninstall-reinstall dance when I need to update apps. Otherwise, I just don't use CC because I can't use CC.
Supposedly tech support can "disable auto-update" for you (why disabling auto-update yourselfdoesn't actually work, despite there literally being a preference that supposedly does just that, I'll never understand), but that's not a fix. And "He said he would report this issue to his supervisor so hopefully that would get some visibility." certainly never came to fruition, since that was from December and nada.
So... when are we getting a real solution, Adobe?
