My Creative Cloud won't start; I'm on Windows 10. I've done everything to try and get it fixed from prior posts. When I tried to repair it using the uninstall program, I get error 81, which I've tried to mitigate by closing services in the Task Mgr details tab. I get the same error 81 when I try to uninstall it. I've rebooted my PC three times in the past 15 minutes, and it makes no difference. Every time I close one of the three AdobeCEFHelper.exe processes, it pops right back up.
