Creative suite 5.5 student edition re-sell

I have an old copy of creative suite 5.5 student edition, for windows. Previously validated when I was a student. 
It is no longer installed anywhere, I now use a Mac.

Can I pass on this software? Do adobe still support student validation for the new owner?

Student software may not be passed on, transferred or sold at all. It is one of the conditions of the license.
