Which operating systemn do you use?

What have you exactly done before the error occur?

If you have a problem with de-/activation CS6 you have to contact the Adobe support.

But be aware of: CS6 is no longer supported by Adobe, and this is a public forum... other users here can't provide any direct help... the only help I can offer is...

When you can't deactivate a serial number

If you had CS6 installed as part of Creative Cloud and do not have a purchased serial number for CS6, you will not be able to activate it even if you reinstall it.

If Windows, you can try System Restore.
