Creative Suite Master Collection CS6

Hello,

 

I'd a computer problem that required resetting the laptop. It uninstalled my CS6 Master collection. I downloaded a replacement but install won't accept the serial numbers I'vee got for it. Cant seem to find the right contact form or email address to deal with this, What should i do next?

Where did you download a replacement? If not direct from Adobe, you may have a serious problem with a pirate version

 

For serial number programs you may download ONLY if you bought direct from Adobe via download
-Log-in to your account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products
--click Order history on the left and then the link to your order that will show on the right
--and finally click the link "Downloads and serial numbers" that will appear
---as always, write the serial number in a text file AND copy that text file and the
---download file(s) to an external drive (or two) to be sure you have what you need
-if you did not buy direct from Adobe via download you must find your original install
-if you have an Education or volume license you MUST use your original media
--the link for an Education or volume license download is not available at all
-if you bought a disc and don't have a drive you will need to buy an external USB drive
-if you bought and lost a disc Adobe does not provide a replacement via download
-if you bought a download from a 3rd party vendor you will need to contact that vendor

 

If you did not download the EXACT same installer, your serial number will not work

Hi John,

Thanks for your information there.

However, I've a serial number problem and links to troubleshoot this don't
appear to work for me,

I can download the software from a community subscribenet portal I've
access to. I've access to my serial number I've retained locally. It should
work but msg is it cannot be validated.

It may be caused by my efforts to install on another pc different to the
one that's crashed in which case my previous install may need to be
deregistered and a new install pc set up.

In limbo atm appreciate your advice.

If you have a CS6 Serial Key for a Volume License, than you may need to Sign in to :  https://licensing.adobe.com/ with your registered Adobe ID and refer to the steps as mentioned under "Find your serial numbers" in the following help article  : https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/policy-pricing/volume-licensing-site.html#Findserialnumbers

If it's a student/teacher license you can ONLY use your original installer, and if you didn't keep it, there is no replacement and you lost something valuable.

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply.

As a former usergroup manager I've access to subscribenet service to
download Adobe software with login so I should be able to recover the
software I've lost. Original login details I've copy of were changed but I
can still login from my mobile phone adobe master collection for windows.
However, the password is greyed out and original pwd is not working. The
serials may be unique serials there's an 8 digit number attached to the
download i need. I can download to my mobile phone an app that running it i
believe will download and install the software. The problem is it downloads
to my mobile phone and wont run from there. I'll try troubleshooting it to
transfer it to my pc but if possible I'd really appreciate updated pwd to
access subscribenet. I can supply any identification required.
