Does any one have a good phone number to actually talk with a person other than the technical side in the USA?
Can't see to get Adobe to cancel or stop other unauthourized user/account. They want me to deal with our cc company to cancel our card. I've had a case open for almost a month, back and fourth in an email. No person to email directly or call. This is fraud, maybe adobe got hacked? Our has not been used anyplace else. Maybe something happend that Adobe that linked the other person's account to our cc.
Maybe someone one at Adobe will look into this and fix. Give use back two months charges. I have the other person's email informaton and it's not my responsibility to contact them.
We do have a monthly subscription to services since the boxed product can't be purchased anymore.
Thanks, David

If it were me and I knew someone else was using my credit card, I would take it up with the credit card company to cancel the card and to tell them about the fraudulent use. Note that I am a volunteer and do not work for Adobe. When I have had to cancel cards previously, it has just taken a few days to get the new one.

Jane E is right. Adobe can't help you with a compromised credit or bank card. You must contact your bank and have that card cancelled immediately to stop further activity on it. Do not delay as there may be a time limit for filing fraud claims.

Here is some background info you might find interesting. There is of course a thriving market in stolen card numbers. These may be stolen in a store or online. Some companies use stolen cards to set up "bargain" Creative Cloud subscriptions for their victims, who typically pay a discounted annual fee. Soon the fraud is discovered and the scam account cancelled, leaving the purchaser with less than nothing as the scam company now has their card...
If you suspect fraud you should on no account attempt to contact another user of the card - who may be criminal or victim. Leave that to law enforcement. CONTACT CARD COMPANY as Adobe correctly advised you. You should have done this IMMEDIATELY, not waited a month, you need your card cancelled NOW, and may be liable for purchases after you were advised to cancel.

First, we watch our cc like a hawk. 2nd we just replaced it 90 days ago. 3rd. This is the only place that it was used and Adobe and I have the end user's email address and I found the company name, which we will pass on to our credit card company. If the person at the other end knew it was someone elses card, they would of used it other places by now. 4th. Its my bosses call, it's his card. We have had unauthorized purchases in the past. We average 1 new card a year. Adobe did decide to close the other account today, which they could of done 20 days ago. They did not offer any credit. So we are going to the cc company tomorrow. It's a pain in the butt to have to change all of our monthly subscriptions to services.
