credit card payment problems

hi myself  pratibha bibyan from india. i have credit card payment problems withAdobe Creative Cloud membership - Student & Teacher Edition (one-year) my problem is that i try to place new order fill up all the credit card payment details but after click conform  membership keep show loading  process  but it's not completely  and  i do not known why do not conform membership option get stuck and keep show loading  process stuck and keep show loading  process ? and try   5 different credit cards please help me to solve problem? i paste link youtube video link which i create myself i request please check this link:ScreenCapture 2018 12 4 00 21 55 - YouTube
