HELP!
I have CS Suite 2 Premium that I purchased on disk around 2008-2009??  I have not used it in years and tried to install on my Windows 10 Home desktop today.  The installation looked like it went smooth.  When I went to open the 3 programs I installed (Acrobat, InDesign and Photoshop) I was getting error messages.

For Photoshop it says "Your Adobe Photoshop user name, organization or serial number is missing or invalid.  The application cannot continue and must now exit."  The only option is OK.

For InDesign when I open it I get a dialog box asking for my name and serial number.  When I put in the serial number I get the error message "The serial number you provided is not valid.  Pleas check your serial number and re-enter it."  Yes, I have checked and re-entered.

For Acrobat I get a pop up saying "No valid Acrobat serial number found.  Acrobat will not quit."

I did a chat with Adobe and it seems that I have no idea what email address I entered when the suite was originally used so they can not help me.  They told that you good and very smart people would have a solution to my problem.  I did today set up a new user name/email with Adobe.

Please keep your help to layman's terms.  While I am more computer savy than most I know, I really just use smoke and mirrors to make them think I know what I'm doing 🙂

it's no longer possible to activate cs2 (or cs3 or cs4).

you can use it for 30 days and then reformat your hard drive or install on another computer for 30 days.

nothing more.

The CS2-CS3-CS4 activation servers have been removed from service
-https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite.html?promoid=19SCDRQK
-So even if you have a disc or saved download, CS2-CS3-CS4 are completely dead
-Adobe also no longer supplies the special non-activation version of CS2-CS3-CS4
