CS2 replacement download pages "not found"

i  have CS2 which i paid and have the numbers for, but of course can't use. when i go to the downloads for the replacement pages come up as "not found" - ???

some links are indeed not working. While the links inside the "English" tab won't work (same for French,
Japanese, ...), the links inside the "German" tab do work. Another user wanted to download After Effects CC 2017
for Mac (see here) - the Windows download link works, while the Mac one doesn't.

Not sure who to notify so that this gets corrected...

the english links i tried all worked.  try using a different browser.

I just re-checked right now. They do work again - although I'm using the same browser as yesterday.
Not using any Proxy, Add-Ons or anything else that might conflict in any way.

Paint me confused.
