請求能夠協助解決方式,無法取消啟用,導致無法在新電腦重新啟用?
手邊軟體為ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE5 DESIGN STANDARD
已安裝於兩台電腦(Windows10)方便兩個工作室輪流使用
其中一台電腦硬碟損壞已無法開機(Windows7),則另替換新硬碟重灌(Windows10)可正常使用,但考量電腦設備過舊,直接購買新電腦進行取代,執行「取消啟用」發生連線異常如下
(ps.兩台已安裝電腦「取消啟用」皆出現如下圖)

最終致電真人客服得到答覆:
CS5版本已停止伺服器服務,將不在提供任何連線服務,無法解決請至論壇尋求幫助。
請問有人能夠解決無法取消啟用?
導致其他電腦無法正常啟用,而出現警示[產品] 啟用達到上限。已在 2 台電腦上啟用此序號。
但至今日官方停止伺服器公告版本並未包含CS5?

contact adobe support and request an "activation count reset".
there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter:

當下得到回覆:不需要重置,此序號還有激活數可使用
