CS5.5 Activation question.

I am using CS 5.5.
I installed a new computer, downloaded it from the website, and installed it.
Activation warning has been posted since yesterday.
I chose "retry activation.i have ready disabled one of my other computers."
After that, press continue.
Then you will see a notice saying, please connect to the Internet, then press continue!!

But I'm already connected to the Internet!!
The counselor told me to do it with a mobile hotspot, so even if I try it with a mobile hotspot, the same guide appears.
And other computers are not using the cs5.5 program.!!!
However, website(https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices) will inform you that there is no activated pc.
I consulted with the counselor twice and asked him to contact me.
Please take measures so that it can be used on my computer.
