Can you provide the 800 number? I'm having the exact same issue. Ordered my product in 2011, and am unable to locate the information to install on my new laptop. Thanks!

I branched this to a new discussion for you called CS5.5 Downloads.  The other thread to which you posted  is too outdated.   With respect to download links, Adobe changed their policy in May this year.  Many old downloads are gone.  But I think these still work. 

Be sure to follow the very important instructions.

You need to have a free Adobe account and be logged into it to use the links below, as Adobe sets a session cookie on your browser that allows you to access the direct download links. Otherwise, you will receive an “access denied” or “no permission” message block­ing the connection. So please follow these instructions carefully or the links will not work!

1. In case the above links fail to work, contact Adobe Customer Care directly via online chat. 
2. https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
3. Click the chat bot icon. 
4. Type AGENT followed by Enter key.  Wait for a human. 
5. Be prepared to give the agent your CS5.5 serial number and/or proof of purchase.

Legacy CS5.5 is not certified to run on newer operating systems.   It's a good idea to keep an older OS on a virtual machine or 2nd computer to support older software.
