CS5 on Mac

trying to install licensed version of CS5 on new macbook.  Have installed old Java runtime.

Get error below when click on install ap.  tried usual stuff - closing - rebooting, downloading again etc.  using High Sierra 10.13.6. . Yes I am the administrator with full read and write privileges
