Hello,

Were do I begin with this doozey?

I bought my CS5 master suite when I was finishing my bachelor's degree in May 2011. I registered them. Over the years I've had to change computers and always been able to reinstall. My computer is on the fritz again, and I tried to log in to my adobe account to preemptively access the serial keys and downloads. But it wouldn't let me log in. I got confused and somehow made a new account using the same old email address. Now there's nothing showing up. My email account has a steady stream of emails from adobe. The help chat says my serial keys (I found them via C:\ProgramData\regid.1986-12.com.adobe ) are invalid.

*I* think Adobe messed up my account somehow. Maybe I didn't login frequently enough and they deactivated it?

Am I SOL? or is there anything I can do?

Your last paragraph helped the most! I was referred to forums by the agent.
I wasn't best pleased with the situation but now I've got a direction to go
in thank you.
