CS6 and Monterey

Does anyone know if it will be possible to download and use CS6 (which I own) to work on OS 12 Monterey?

Time Machine won't help you.  CS6 won't run on Monterey.  Sorry.

You need modern software that's compatible with newer computers.

in general, you should avoid using time machine with any adobe programs:  it's more likely to cause problems and work for you than it is to save you some effort.

again, in general:

to use cs6, you need an os that supports 32 bit programs, and as @Nancy OShea pointed out, monterey does not.

you either need an older os to use with cs6 or, again as @Nancy OShea pointed out, you need a newer software to work with your newer os.

however, some adobe cs6 programs were 64 bit while their installers were 32 bit (eg, ps).  so while you can't install ps on monterey, you might be able to migrate it to monterey.  if that fails, there's nothing i know about that you can do to get it to work, but if it succeeds it salvages a almost hopeless situation.

in general, time maching sometimes works with adobe programs and sometimes fails.

it won't migrate 32 bit programs successfully (eg, acrobat) to 64 bit os'es like monterey
