When installing my Design Web Premium this message appears every time I try to install: Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem.

I have been reading all other topics, but no solution so far. What I tried doing so far.

Downloading the file again (the same file works on my old iMac).

Looking for log files, but they are no ".log.gz." files in my /Library/Logs/Adobe/Installers/ of even on my Macbook.

I have A macbook (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), 2,5 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 with MacOS Sierra.

Please help me.

Adobe fouled up my photoshop CS6 and Premiere Pro CS6 and told me to uninstall and reinstall. i follwed the instructions i was given by 3 agents, now i cant reinstall them! This "fix" doesn't work for Mojave. I have spoken to multiple customer support agents who keep suggesting the same thing that doesn't fix it. you've got an angry customer here Adobe. $600 and i can't use my programs because i canceled Photoshop CC (which had nothing to do with my CS6 suite) then locked me out demanding payment to reinstate my CS6 programs! FIX THIS, I need these programs to work, I have clients waiting for me to finish their jobs!
