CS6 Master Collection Activation Issue

Hello, 

I am trying to add CS6 to my new computer. I get an error that says I need to deactivate the program on old compters but I no longer have access to that computer. Please help. It says I can only use the software for 30 days.

When you can't deactivate a serial number
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience
