CS6 Master Collection is not activated. Help

Hello. I write through a translator. Sorry for the bad English. I have a CS6 master collection version. I installed it, but I can't activate it. When checking the serial number, the program writes to me to connect to the Internet. But I have the Internet! Nothing from the support helps. I'm trying to activate offline, but the resource Adobe.com/go/getactivated_ru it doesn't work. 404 error.
What to do!? Please help.

It sounds like you're using an old operating system.  Update your operating system if you can.
