I've got two Adobe subscriptions (annual plan, prepaid): Acrobat Pro DC (as of 24-01-2018) and Creative Cloud (as of 27-01-2018), both of which apps I'm using almost daily. However, as of today they appear no longer active. The Creative Cloud app lists Photoshop CC, Lightroom Classic and Acrobat DC as trial versions while Bridge CC is available as usual.
I've tried a couple of the solutions presented in today's forum, without succes.
Any problems with the management of customer's accounts today at Adobe?
Jack Pennings
After a chat session with Adobe Support the problem was solved: I kept the account for my CC subscriptions under a different e-mail Id than the one I'd signed on with for the CC-app. I'm puzzled, though, why until yesterday everything worked fine, but that is not really important.
Thanks to everybody for their reactions on this problem.

I have no problems today. You could try signing out and in.
If that does not help, please follow the steps outlined here: Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase
Bridge is basically a free software and only the attached services depending on Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign etc need to check the license status.
Also (but unrelated): Creative Cloud includes Acrobat DC, so there is no need for a distinctive subscription except you need Acrobat on different computers than CC.

I've tried all suggestions presented in the forrum topic under brigitteg77756562 25-dec-2018 0:55 but these proved of no avail.
And f.y.i. until last night all apps were functioning well.
As to your suggestions concerning Acrobat, I have a limited CC-subscription (photography), so I need a separate Acrobat suscription.

Nancy: I signed out of Creative Cloud, rebooted and logged in again. Without effect.
A check of my account on account.adobe.com (via "Account Beheren" in CC) revealed three registered PS-licences but no CC or Acrobat subscriptions. In spite of Adobe's notification of last monday (24-12-2018) that my Acrobat subscription will be extended automatically within 30 days, only the trial versions of my subscriptions are listed.

If that's the case then you need to contact Adobe Support for this.

Yes the Photography plan is more like a special single app plan.
The link you provided points to a user id, not to suggestions on how to keep your system running. When you want posting a link to a specific post in a thread take the link from here:

If it's showing in trial status even after having the subscription. All you need to give permission and either rename or delete some folders from Adobe's folders( System and user library) too. I am sharing the steps. Let me know about the results after performing this step.
Mac
1) Close all Adobe related processes in activity monitor (Creative cloud, Core sync, CC library, services for Adobe desktop app, Adobe desktop service, Adobe IPC broker, AAM updater)
2) Navigate to following locations and assign the current user full permissions to adobe folders. To navigate click GO from menu bar at then click Go to.. type /Library/application support/ and click go.
3) To assign the permission right click on Adobe folder and click Get info. A property window will open. Then click on lock symbol to enable editing. Then click + sign to add your username. Then change read-only to read and write. Then click gear symbol at the bottom and click apply to enclosed items and click ok.. Proceed to next step then.
4) Navigate to following location /Library/application support/adobe and Delete SLStore and slcache
5) Navigate to ~/Library/application support /adobe/oobe and delete opm.db
6)Navigate to /etc and open hosts file. Check if it has adobe entries . If no its fine, if yes replace the hosts file with a new hosts file with no Adobe entries
7) Launch cc app and it should work fine
Windows
1) Close all Adobe related processes in task manager (Core sync, services for Adobe desktop app, Adobe desktop service, Adobe IPC broker, AAM updater)
2) Navigate to following locations and assign the current user full permissions to adobe folders. (Right-click on adobe folder select properties then click security tab, click edit and select the current user you are signed in with, select full control, click apply and then ok)
C://program data (enable view hidden files to see this folder)
C://program files 86x/common files
C://program files 86x/
C://program files/common files
C: //program files/
3) rename SLstore to Slstore.old at following location c://program data/Adobe/
4) Rename SLcache to Slcache.old at following location C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
4) Navigate to c://users/username/appdata/local/adobe/oobe and rename Opm.db to opm.old
5) Navigate to c://windows/system32/drivers/etc/ and open hosts file using notepad. IF you see any Adobe entry there please replace that hosts file with a new hosts file which does not have any adobe entry. If there is no Adobe entry leave the hosts file as it is.
6) Launch cc app and sign in.

shawn_starc: I have not tried the repair method. Today and last monday I received notification e-mails from Adobe about the extensions of my subscriptions (CC and Acrobat, annual plan, prepaid) , but following the links in the mails to my account I saw no valid subscriptions. I guess it doesn't make sense to perform the indicated changes to my operating system (Windows 10) if my account has no active subscription.

That's right.
As there is no active subscription in your account and you get message from Adobe regarding extensions. This is why I suggest you to contact Adobe support. So that they will look into your account from their end.
