All my adobe software is stuck on the hand tool even when click onto another tool. I have tried to reset the preferences and made sure the space bar isn't stuck down but nothing works to fix it.

There are also intermittent reports that the newest driver is not always the best driver due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you MAY need to try an earlier driver version
