Custom Plans

Hi there,

I am interested in 2 of the Adobe programs, Photoshop and Illustrator. The only way I would be able to get them would be to pay $57 per month for both of them as individual plans, or to get the photography plan and an individual plan for Illustrator which would come to $42.98 per month which I personally think is ridiculous. I understand as a company Adobe would want people to pay for more programs, but could you make it looks less penalising?

I've been told that Adobe's customers have been asking for a custom plan system for 3 years, so why isn't Adobe listening to it's customers? As a potential customer myself this is very concerning to hear that the company is effectively ignoring its customers.

It would be so much easier and more satisfying for customers if Adobe offered a more flexible system that catered to custom plans. Surely it makes more sense that a system, where the customer can choose what they want to pay for, benefits both customer and the company more so than trying to force people to pay for more and potentially driving people away.

So I ask, why aren't there custom plans where the customer can choose how many programs to pay for and what programs they get in that plan?

I agree. It would be more sensible to have customers do custom plans. I personally just need Premiere Pro and Photoshop, but the only way to get both programs for a decent amount of money is to do the student plan, which gives you all the adobe apps, which takes up storage. It's almost pointless to do that plan if I'm only going to be using 2 of the 20+ apps. Adobe truly needs to pay attention to it's customers.

To both of the posts above.

Get the Photography Plan that includes LR Classic and Photoshop for $9.99 a month. Then a subscription to the other Single App you want for IIRC $29.99 a month.

Also just because a subscription plan included multiple apps doesn't mean you have tom install all of them. I have a Full plan and only installed LR, PS, Permiere Pro, Auditions and Bridge
