Hello,
I need assistance to de-activate an Adobe Professional XI license from a c omputer that I can no longer access as it has been re-imaged.
Adobe support has directed me to this forum and instructed me to post for assistance.

no one here can help with that. you need to go back to adobe support and request "an activation count reset". ask for exactly that and for nothing else related to acrobat xi (an unsupported program) or you will be directed back here.
