Hi,
I need help deactivationg Adobe Photoshop Elements 14, the problem I have now the software is already uninstalled from the device (was an old Windos 7 Laptop), I now have it installed on a Win 10, but it tells me the license was used on max devices.
can anyone help please.

Hi Cristian,
take a look in your Adobe Account under Plans and payment > Activated devices - direct link below:
If your old device is listed there, click on Deactivate to free your activation.
Still getting that error or no device is listed? Contact Customer Care by clicking the following link (which will open a secure chat session) to request a device activation reset:

it tells me that I have no devices
You have no activated devices
will try to sign out and sign in again within the app
