Default language in creative cloud French but everything is installed in English

Hi everyone, 

I am trying to have all the apps of the creative cloud in French and followed all the steps. 

My language preference is set to French, yet when I install and uninstall it never works.

Antinea, what language is the operating system using?  What operating system are you attempting to use your Creative Cloud membership on?
