Hi,
I just signed up to the Lightroom Classic CC and tried to deinstall LR 6. After executing deinstall program of LR 6 a small part still rest on my macOS. When I try to delete it will be denied due to the fact that "label set" of LR 6 should still be in use, but I cannot start LR6, as all other parts of the program have been deleted correctly.
Hope that anybody could help me to get rid of this part of LR6.

you can check your activity monitor and shut down any lightroom processes. that should allow you to delete any lightroom files.
you can also just leave that alone and still install lr classic: install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

I checked the activity monitor but no LR process is working and I tried to find any old files for LR6. Some of them could be deleted. But it is not possible to delete this fragment of LR6 found at:
Even opening the whole path and starting deleting in backwards direction don't work.

restart your computer in safe mode and delete, Start in Safe Boot mode for Adobe products on Mac OS X
but again, you don't need to do that to install lr cc.

Sorry, didn't work in safe mode. But to point out I tried to get rid of LR6.14 standalone version. So I have both LR 6(2015).14 and LR Classic CC on my mac, because I cannot deinstall LR6(2015).14 completely.
