I let my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription expire in January - just wasn't using it enough to warrant the cost. Three months go by and I decide to clean up my hard-drive to reclaim disc space by deleting all the Adobe Creative Cloud apps. I tried to delete them individually in the Windows App App, but they wouldn't delete. I went online and discovered they have to be deleted via the Creative Cloud App. When I opened it, every one of the cloud apps needed updating, thereby eliminating the delete option (can't access the drop-down). I spent the last four hours waiting for all the apps to update, just to turn around and delete them.
A few suggestions for Adobe: 1) Let more than one app at a time dowload / update. It's crazy that they have to be serially updated. 2). Make each app's drop-down menu accessible all the time. Make "update" a drop-down option with a flag on the app name saying an update is available. We can then choose to update, ignore or delete. 3) Have an option at the top of the Creative Cloud menu bar to delete the entire suite. Having to delete each app individually is totally ridiculous.
Signed: Unbelievable!
