There is absolutely no way to contact anyone in customer service. It is like being on a carousel, everything is endlessly looped and no contact information is given. I want my account deleted immediately. I want refunded for the months I was robbed, and I want all of my card information removed. It will not let you delete. I used these products while I was in college and I am still being billed for programs I don't/haven't used for months and cancelled, or so I thought. I am beyond upset and am contemplating contacting a lawyer because the way Adobe has things set up sets off so many red flags it is blinding. I have tried to chat and call but no number is given on the endless "Contact us" carousel. I am beyond heated. I want a chat RIGHT NOW because if I speak on the phone I can not make any promises I won't speak to the person on the other end as if they were a thieving demon.

I too want to delete my account and seem to be in an eternal loop that takes me back to the same bloomin' screen every time.
I use Yahoo disposable email accounts so that if I get spam I can just delete the email address and not get anymore.
HOWEVER, I am utterly shocked at the nature of the junk/spam emails I getting on the adobe address I created. Quite frankly, they are disgusting and disturbing at the same time. So, I might at some point just re-create an account on here, but in the mean time I want an answer as to how when it is ONLY adobe that has this account, how someone has found it and sent me junk - I have NEVER posted on this forum before, so it hasn't been found here, and I have only used it for Adobe - so, you tell me, have they had a glitch in their security / or just sold all our email addresses?
