I needed to reinstall Design Suite CS 5.5 so I downloaded it but the installation halts wanting the installation CD! Help!

Where did you download it from?

Was the original installation from a CD?

After posting on their Facebook page I received this worthless reply-

"We regret to inform you that the activation servers for CS5.5 or later are no longer available."

that is correct for cs2,3 and 4. but it's incorrect for cs5, 5.5 and 6.

the installation and zip file for Windows. in the meantime, I finally managed to find the original disk it installed buy now I'm stuck with error 213:8!
