Desinstalación

Hola!

Por favor necesito ayuda para desistalar todo lo que tenga que ver con Adobe, lo intente hacer desde "desistalar programas" pero se rompio algo y ahora no responde. Quedaron los programas mal desinstalados y la pc no esta funcionando bien; la necesito para trabajar.

Intente volver a instalar Creative Cloud pero no se conecta al servidor, da un error p206 y no supe arreglarlo, todo esta en ingles y no entiendo nada.

Quedaron instalados: Air, Flash Player 10 y 11, Premiere Pro 2014 y Reader 9.1.  Según la lista de programas. Y también tengo una carpeta de Reader DC. Creative Cloud aparece como desinstalado con errores.

Por favor ayudenmé a solucionarlo! Estoy desesperada, hace horas que intento solucionarlo sin exito.

Tengo windows 7, que al parecer se actualizo a 10 en algún momento.

Daniela, what Adobe applications and versions are you currently trying to install when you encounter Error 206?  Can you please confirm if you are running Windows 7 or Windows 10 on the computer?

He logrado desinstalar casi todo, pude correr el limpiador y arreglo bastante pero aun queda lo que genero todo el problema. 

Adobe premiere pro cc 2014 sigue ahi, fue lo que bloqueo la pc mientras se desinstalaba. Ahora no inicia, ni se desinstala, ni puedo re instalarlo. Esta totalmente bloqueado. 
No encuentro boton de desinstalación en la carpeta de archivos.  Y si corro el limpiador de adobe nuevamente no encuentro premiere en la lista de opciones para borrar. 

Mi win es 7 home

Thanks, Daniela; unfortunately, I am unsure how you will reinstall Premiere Pro CC 2014 as it is no longer available within the Creative Cloud desktop app.  Please begin a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen so a support team member can see if there is a version of Premiere Pro CC available that will work on your computer.  Please make sure you backup any files that are provided in case you need to reinstall the software in the future.

Lo que quiero es poder eliminarlo por completo, no lo necesito, lo que necesito es poder borrarlo, porque esta trayendo problemas en mi pc

I am sorry, Daniela, I don't understand.  Are you somehow encountering Error 206 while you are attempting to uninstall Premiere Pro CC 2014?

No, ese error me salia antes pero ya no importa porque con el limpiador de adobe quite el creative cloud. Lo que necesito ahora es desinstalar el premiere pro porque es lo que me genera problemas. Pero no responde a nada; ni a desinstalar desde el agregar o quitar programas, ni si voy al .exe desde la carpeta de archivos, ni si intento abrirlo desde inicio.

Daniela, if you downloaded the CC Cleaner Tool from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html, then you have already used what is available to remove the application.  If you don't plan to use Adobe applications in the future, then you can manually remove any remaining files on the computer.

If you wish to use Adobe applications, try creating a new local administrator account and rerun the CC Cleaner Tool.  The current failure is likely due to insufficient permissions under the existing User account.

Ya intente todo eso y no responde. Como hago para crear una nueva cuanta de administrador? Necesito datos especificos? Tengo esa pc hace mucho tiempo y no la he estado utilizando, si me pide claves o algo asi, no creo que pueda recordarlas...

Information on how to create a new local administrator account can be found at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-user-account-in-windows-4fac6fd5-74c0-9737-69b8....  Be careful; if you are unsure of the current account password, or other critical information, then you may not be able to log back into the existing account.

Daniela, based on this conversation, I strongly recommend you back up any critical files or information on the computer before proceeding further.  This will ensure you don't lose access to anything important and put you in a good position to restore those files on a different computer.
