Devices Signed In to Adobe - Limitation Frustration

I have a Windows 10 PC, a Macbook Air, and an iPad Pro.

The iPad is recent. I installed Adobe Photoshop, Spark, and a few other apps on it. Everything i've read stated that iPads were different for the CC signed in limitation. Well...that's not true at all. I get kicked out of one of my devices everytime I use an Adobe app on my iPad. Now i'm playing sign-in hopscotch depending on which device i'm using.

I fail to see why this limitation exists for mobile devices or am I doing something wrong? Did I miss a configuration somewhere?

(sorry for the rant)

I can use Photoshop without limitation on three devices, if one of those is an iPad. The same is true for Illustrator.
