Didn’t buy anything but charged to my card

I tried buying a proggrame but then I didn’t want it anymore so I tried canceling and worked, a couple hours later I received an email saying it was all declined and that’s okay but it said they were not gonna charge anything to my card but they did make the charge!! How can I get my money back?
