I have a question. Do I need to be online to use the software? I really don't like to keep my internet plugged in all of the time because I have an annoying little brother who needs to be "gaming".... will my product stop working once I log off??
Angieh42372689 if you are restoring your computer to factory settings then it is likely that any previous data, or installed applications will be removed.
You can find details on how to reinstall the Adobe applications included with your membership at Download and install Adobe Creative Cloud apps . You will want to use the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application to download and install the applications after the Factory restore.

Hi Jeff,
Thank you for your answer. On another note, I need to restart my computer, is there a way to see the downloaded files so that I don't need to re-download them when I go back to my factory settings? Or... do I need to go through the new creative cloud installer again?
Thank you

This isn't true. I really am stuck and dislike the creative cloud updates for over 3 months now. I'm forced to be online every time I reopen photoshop and lightroom. It prompts me to login or I can't use it. And to uninstall illustrator I had to be logged into creative cloud app. It sucks now unfortunately. If you have no internet you're stuck.
Sometimes I have to login every hour to creative cloud because the new version doesn't stay logged in. Beyond annoyed.
