Do I have to pay for the entire CC even though I only really need 2 of the programs?

Hello and sorry if this was already posted before, I couldn't find a thread talking about this.

I am a student and do image and video editing as a hobby, and really like After effects and Premiere Pro. However, ~20€ a month is a lot for me, considering that I'm living on a shoestring budget as a student.
This leads to my question: Is there some way to pay less and only gain access to one/two programs?

No. If you buy the CC plan for students you have to pay approx. 20€ for all apps.

The cc plan is the smallest available unit?

Sure you can.  But the cost of a single app at regular price is $21/month on the annual plan or $31.50/month for month-to-month plan.

In contrast, the student intro rate is just $20/month for 20+ apps & services.   So if you qualify for student rates, the full plan is the best deal you can get.
