COMPLAIN: Our company also want to complain on your services and solution. We got locked out from a account due to wrong typing of company email adresse at subscription purchase. Got charged for product for a year. Not able to get invoices of these charges. No double check from Adobe when we some how managed to purchase a identical second subscription. There should always be a second way into digital account by the paying company of products. These accounts and puchasing solution is poor. Should also be a confirmation e-mail on the booking e-mail to be sure that purchase information is correct. BE WARNED EVERYONE! ADOBE cant help you!

Don't bother. Tried activating my PERPETUAL license to new computer to no avail. Still worked on old laptop until I chatted with the NON CS rep who deactivated that. Kept telling me the S/N did not belong to me??? No matter what I provided, the only answer he had is to pay the monthly fee. I rarely use Adobe so to pay @ $15/mo is ridiculous!!

I'm adding my voice of disappointment with Adobe. I was offered a 3 months free extension to an initial trial and have just discovered that the terms and conditions have a $30 fee if you cancel before 10 months. This was not made at all clear and I feel duped.

The 3 free months was offered as a customer retention inticement to keep you from cancelling your subscription. You were under no obligation to take it. So that was your choice. Nobody forced you to do it.
