I have same problem ! I placed an order, paid with credit card, and now I have to upload documents to follows instruction of  the order; but in the assistance procedures there are't any possibility to do that ! No chat available ! No phone available! No possibility to cancell the order that remains in stand-by. So I paid, but till now I can't receive my products if I don't upload requested documents to demonstrate teaching profession. Total short circuits. "COMPLIMENTS TO ADOBE! You have a perfect organization and SMART Master WEB!"

Mariat- do you need us to cancel your pending order? Or would you like assistance uploading your documents? If you go to accounts.adobe.com there is a section for Support Cases where you can reply to an existing case.

Tanks for your assistance.

I tried to follow your instruction; but, if you check on the front page of adobe.it, after login, there isn't any possibility to find an upload for documents (I checked several times all menu and sub menu), neither to see any correlation to my case that results "empty".

Also, no chat is available and assistance suggested in the site phone  number 8005850774 doesn't work!

What can do someone that has to upload documents to demonstrate teacher profession (for discount order: see my order AD002212540EDIT of 8th/DEC)?

Why I need to lost hours and days to follow up an order? Why I need to find a solution without having the possibility to come in touch quickly with the assistance?  Why there is no assistance in Italy at all?

I try to enclose here some some files.
