Does updating an app on one device trigger an update on another device with the same Adobe account?

If I update my Adobe apps on my desktop, will it also trigger it to update those same apps (photoshop, indesign, illustrator) on my laptop that also has those same apps installed under the same account?

No, you must install the updates on each computer manually.
