Download Adobe CS5 Web Premium [on Volume License]

Hi,

I am looking for the installer for Mac version of Adobe CS Web Premium 5. I am looking from a different source than the adobe website, because even though the product is displayed in my account as a registered product, Adobe support people say that I can't have access because I bought from a reseller (I bought it when I was in school and the school has closed since, so I can't contact them as well) so the email used to buy this product was different than mine.

I have a license that I paid for and I just need the installer. Please help me.

Rafayama, I am sorry that you have been facing difficulties locating the installation files for Creative Suite 5 Web Premium for Mac OS.  I reviewed the e-mail address, that you used to post to this public forum discussion, and I see that you have purchased a volume license for CS5 Web Premium.  The volume license installation files are available for download at https://licensing.adobe.com/.

Rafayama, to respond publically to your question, if you are not authorized to access https://licensing.adobe.com/ then you will want to utilize the steps listed in Adobe Licensing Website | Serial numbers, orders, and accounts to obtain access.  If the organization which made the purchase is no longer in business, and never added you as a deploy-to id at https://licensing.adobe.com/, then you will want to look for another solution as you will be unable to reinstall CS5 Web Premium without the proper installation files.

In general, volume licenses were not designed to be resold to individuals.  An organization is able to use the process listed in Adobe Licensing Website | Serial numbers, orders, and accounts to maintain access to their files after their purchase.
