Download error while installing Photoshop CC

Once I get to the page where it says, "We'll email you a link so you can easily download Photoshop CC on your desktop.", i email it to myself and when I click on the link in the email, it brings me back to that very page where i started.

If you have subscription then go through below link sign in with your Adobe Account and download the software which you have paid for :

In addition to SADMAN's suggestion, you may also try downloading and installing the Creative Cloud desktop app directly from the following link: Download Creative Cloud desktop app.
