Download Extendscript toolkit in 2021

Hello, I need to install Adobe Extendscript toolkit for After Effect, but I couldn't find it in Adobe Creative Clouds, I'm in mac Catalina 10.15.7, Any suggestions please?

Extendscript toolkit does not run under Catalina, as it's a 32 bit application. You can use a VSCode Extension released by Adobe, found at the following location

I assume same thing apply if I want to install tool kit for Premier Pro? Thank you

This applies to all the programs that used ESTK for editing and debugging the automation scripts.
