Download former versions of Photoshop

Hello

I try to download former ve rsions of Photoshop : Version 21 and Version 22

I got some links but they don't work ;-(

How could I get t hem ?

 

I also have problems to contact an agent in order to chat 

Is there an eas y way to do it ?

You can download vrsion 22 from Creative Cloud itself. Adobe supports two latest versions for download so you can download 23 and 22 version. See the following article on how to download older versions

Thank you for your fast  answer

I followed your advice, but still have a problem !

It seems I need to uninstall the "current" version and install a former one

But I have 2 concerns

 

1) I'm french and need to have 2 versions ins talled  - the current one in french and the previous one in english (where I can use all actions and plug-ins I bought on the web, that require an "english" version

2) I would like to have the possibility to "manually" install any former version, without going through the Creative Cloud process

 

I also tried to cont ac t an "agent" but to no avail ;-(

  • You can keep multiple versions of the app and don't have to uninstall the latest version to install the previous versions. There is an option for it in Creative Cloud. See the section named "How to retain previous versions of your app" in the link that I sent you before.
  • For manual installation you will have to contact support, they will provide you with a download link for the installer
  • Regarding contacting support, what happened exactly? The link I gave should open up the chat window automatically. Did it not happen? If so then try by chsnging your browser/computer/network etc. Pay attention to allow cookies, ad's, javascript

Hello

I tried to contact an agent but never succeed - Don't access a link that would say "Contact someone with Adobe"

I previously got a message that gave me a link :but when I try to connect, I get an error message that says "the server says you are not allowed to download this file - Détails  HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden"

 

 

I usually connect with Firefox, but I also tried with Opera - No more success !

 

In which section of the Adobe website should I search to contact an agent ?
