Wenn ich für den Download einer App nochmals nutzername und Kennwort eingeben muss, zeigt es an, dass mein Passwort falsch ist.

Ich bin mir aber sicher, dass es stimmt!

When you are installing or updating on a Mac, that is your Mac asking you to prove that you have permission by asking for your COMPUTER password, not your Adobe password

If you try to install the app on a Windows system with a user without Admin rights you're asking of a username and the password of the Administrator.
