Yesterday, my PC wouldn't connect to the Creative Cloud. It kept telling me to check Firewall settings & the time/date on the computer. All was ok, but it still wouldn't work, so I turned the Firewall off. Still wouldn't connect.
Eventually got advised to uninstall & reinstall. Uninstalled, & still wouldn't connect. Now telling me it was error 206. Had an IT Engineer work remotely on the computer & he couldn't find the problem. So I turned the Security programme off. Still won't install.
Ive tried multiple ways, lost a days work, all my files & work have gone, can't open any of the apps now. & there isn't an easy way to contact any support there.
