Download link says "Page not found"

After entering my redemption code, the download link appears. After Clicking the link it directs me to a page which says "Page not found, Sorry we could not find that page". Nothing else on the page.

Try downloading from Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

Install then enter your serial number.

when I attempt to download after effects the download link takes me to a 404 page. Im on a 64 bit operator, the device is lenovo.

follow the directions (esp, step 1)

save the install file.  it may not remain online.

When I try that it says, "access denied. You do not have permission to access. Reference 18.6fe23f17.1479050039.24ab9e6" It never even gives me the opportunity to enter my serial number to anything at all.

I gave up and went to Best Buy and bought external cd drive. Thanks for trying to help tho!
