However I wish to d/load these, or one of these, to my MobiLe (Apple x). how do I do this. My plan is paid monthly & I should be able to access these or a version of these on my mobile should I not?

Hi Ged Traynor,,
Thank you for the reply, appreciated.  I have downloaded both links and am going through these now.
I did presume that you could not d/l Adobe PS and LR in full, especially the former, as it would be huge.  I did think that taking out a monthly subscription for 'Photography' with Adobe, (PS & LR cc package) would then give me access via app on mobile to the Premier functions not just the basic very limited free stuff.  Common Sections FAQ I notice does address this and I may just have to 'login' on my phone and it will deliver.  I will try this now.
Thank you.

All apps you can download to an iPad come from the App Store. There are no exceptions, and you cannot run Mac apps. Adobe do make some iPad apps.

Hi Test Screen Name,
Thank you for your response.  I have d/loaded App from Apple App store.  Only had basic access.  Will review the links (FAQ) that Ged Traynor sent and proceed.  Thanks.
