download premiier pro, photoshop, after effect

I have windows 7 in my computer.

Can I download the latest versions from the creative cloud?

Photoshop is OK.
But After Effects and Premiere Pro is only Windows 10.
You must see system requiments document.

Windows 7 is also close to support, so let's consider renovating the environment.

As above, some programs Yes others No.

And you can't install the newest version of the CC DTA which is really required to get the newest versions of most of the CC programs.

It is the only reason I have upgraded from Win 7 to 10. Otherwise I'd be running Win 7 for years and years.
