Download problems

Hello! I just got Photoshop and was about to install it. I got some installer from the Adobe Photoshop website and put it in a folder i named Photoshop then i started it. Upon starting it started downloading normally but when it reached about 6,3% it just stops No error message or anything it just wont go over that i tried again several Times i even left it overnight but it led to nothing. Any help apreciated.

Photoshop is installed from the Creative Cloud App.

Or are you trying to install Photoshop Elements (a different program)?
